SalesFree.io ("SalesFree," "we," "us") is a marketplace platform that connects Buyers seeking services with Service Providers ("Vendors") across an open range of categories. SalesFree provides the platform, identity-masking system, communication tools, and payment infrastructure connecting Buyers and Vendors. SalesFree is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction formed between a Buyer and a Vendor. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any service arranged through the platform.
You must sign in using an approved third-party identity provider (Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook). You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent, if applicable. One account per person; account sharing is not permitted. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
SalesFree generates a masked persona (e.g., "J. from Finance & Banking") for each Sourcing Request you create, so Vendors cannot see your real name, company, or contact details until you choose to reveal them. You understand and agree that:
Buyers may post Sourcing Requests as Public (discoverable by any certified Vendor in the relevant category) or Private (visible only to Vendors you explicitly invite). Vendors may submit bids/proposals on Sourcing Requests they can see, subject to the Token system below. A submitted bid is not a binding offer to perform services unless and until the Buyer and Vendor separately agree to specific terms — SalesFree does not adjudicate the content, pricing, or feasibility of any bid.
Vendors receive a starter allotment of free tokens on verified signup. Submitting a bid consumes tokens at the rate set in SalesFree's current pricing (published in-app). When a Vendor's token balance is insufficient, SalesFree will offer token packages for purchase via our payment processor (Stripe). All token purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at time of purchase. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between organizations, and expire only as disclosed at time of purchase (if applicable). SalesFree may change token pricing or the tokens-per-bid rate prospectively, with notice for material changes.
All Buyer-Vendor communication must occur through SalesFree's messaging and call tools while a Sourcing Request remains masked. You agree not to: attempt to identify a masked counterparty outside the platform; post spam, fraudulent, or test/placeholder Sourcing Requests; scrape or bulk-extract platform data; harass, discriminate against, or misrepresent yourself to another user; or use the platform to solicit business outside your verified category in bad faith.
SalesFree uses automated and manual review to assess whether Sourcing Requests appear genuine before publishing them. We may hold, reject, or remove any listing, bid, or message that fails review, violates these Terms, or is flagged for suspected fraud, spam, or abuse, at our discretion.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, offerings, and pricing information. "Verified" or compliance-related badges reflect the specific criteria disclosed at the time the badge is issued and are not a guarantee of quality or a warranty by SalesFree.
SalesFree is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any Vendor or Buyer will perform as represented. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesFree's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to SalesFree in the twelve months preceding the claim. SalesFree is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any Buyer or Vendor.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the masking/reveal system. You may close your account at any time; open Sourcing Requests and bids will be handled per the in-app account closure flow.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email before taking effect.
